We all know about the huge recent price increases in bigger-ticket expenses like education, health insurance, and gasoline, but what about those items in your fridge and pantry that are chiseling away at your checking account?

Business Insider has a slideshow of 21 items that have jumped up in price a lot during the last ten years. To keep you from having to go through the entire slideshow, we pulled out these six everyday items that have each gone up by at least 50% in price during that time:

5. Coffee, Ground Roast
2002 Average: $2.92/lb.

Percent Increase: 90%

6. Margarine
2002 Average: $o.86/lb.
2012 Average: $2.09/lb.
