The U.S. Department of Homeland Security‘s (DHS) announced on Thursday a new partnership with Simon Property Group to bring the “If You See Something, Say Something” public awareness campaign to more American shopping malls.
The new effort to spread the public awareness campaign to shopping malls and retail centers across the United States will start with 20 Simon shopping centers in Indiana and Virginia and expand to other properties in the coming months.
The New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority was first to roll out the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign, and other large cities including Chicago’s transit authority later implemented the program.
